TREASURE AT TAMPINES CONDO LAUNCH
Now that Arc at Tampines has sold out, what else is there that is interesting around Tampines? Well, there is Tapestry next door to Arc. But both have the same drawback – both are in the Tampines Avenue 10 area and are not within walking distance of an MRT station. So you might want to consider the newest launch on the market instead – the Treasure at Tampines condominium.
This is a new launch on the site of the former HUDC precinct, Tampines Court. This development was privatised and sold to Sim Lian Group in an en bloc collective sale exercise at what is considered today as a low land price, given how high the other land parcels have risen. Hence Treasure at Tampines will have a cost advantage over the other launches.
In fact, so much so that it is announcing prices starting from as low as $1,2xx PSF. This is very good pricing in today’s market, considering that Treasure at Tampines is actually within walking distance of an MRT station, the Simei station. In addition, the Treasure at Tampines location is within 15 minutes walk from Tampines Town Centre and Tampines Hub too. This kind of pricing is typically what you would find in places like the Jovell at Flora Drive, or Riverfront Residences in Hougang. Certainly not in a regional hub like this.
